Terms of Service
Effective May 15, 2026. By creating an AdScrape account or calling our API you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the product.
1. Who we are
AdScrape ("AdScrape", "we", "us") provides a research tool that indexes the public Meta Ad Library and layers analytics, AI summaries, and a programmatic API on top. You ("you", "customer") access the product through an account or an API key issued to that account.
2. Account & eligibility
- You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. Activity through your credentials is your responsibility.
- One human per account. Sharing a single login across a team violates these terms; invite teammates instead.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Resell raw AdScrape data or our API in a way that competes with us, without a written commercial agreement.
- Use AdScrape to harass, dox, or target individuals.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written consent.
- Circumvent rate limits or quotas through multiple accounts, scripted signups, or scraping our UI.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with no refund of credits or remaining subscription time, and notify you by email.
4. Plans, credits & billing
- Paid subscriptions (Starter / Pro / Enterprise) and optional credit add-ons are processed by our payment partners. Where Paddle is enabled, Paddle may act as merchant of record for the transaction. Your contractual licence to use AdScrape remains with us as set out in these terms.
- On older deployments, one-time credit packs may alternatively be processed by Stripe. The active processor is determined by server configuration.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the in-app billing portal or as described on your Paddle receipt.
- All list prices are in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout. Taxes may be collected where required.
- Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & cancellation policy.
5. Source data
AdScrape indexes publicly viewable advertisements from the Meta Ad Library. We don't claim ownership of those creatives, brand names, or trademarks — they belong to the advertisers and Meta. AdScrape's analytics, scores, embeddings, and AI summaries are our own, and we license them to you only for the purposes set out in these terms.
6. Your content
Bookmarks, saved searches, comparison lists, and any prompts you submit are yours. We process them to run the features you ask for. We won't sell them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. AI outputs
Marketing analysis, ad scores, embeddings, and similar features are generated by large language and vision models (currently Alibaba Qwen2.5-VL and local Ollama models). These outputs can be wrong, biased, or hallucinated. Treat them as inputs for human judgement, not as legal, financial, or professional advice.
8. Service availability
AdScrape is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime but don't commit to a contractual SLA on Starter / Pro plans. Custom availability commitments are available to Enterprise customers via a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdScrape's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the product is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.
10. Termination
You can cancel anytime by writing to contact@adscrape.in and we'll close your account. We can terminate immediately for material breach or for non-payment after notice. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when we ship new features or as law evolves. We'll email registered users before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.
12. Contact
Email contact@adscrape.in for anything to do with these terms.
