Refund & cancellation policy
Effective May 15, 2026. This policy supplements our Terms of Service. It is provided for transparency and checkout-provider verification (for example Paddle). It is not personalised legal advice.
1. Merchant of record
Where purchases are processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record for card and local payment methods. That means Paddle is the seller of record for tax and certain consumer-rights purposes. Contractual access to the AdScrape product remains between you and AdScrape as described in our Terms.
2. Subscriptions
- You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from the billing portal linked inside the app (Paddle customer portal) or by contacting support at contact@adscrape.in.
- When you cancel, you typically keep paid access until the end of the current billing period shown in checkout or your Paddle receipt, unless Paddle's terms for your region specify otherwise.
- We do not promise cash refunds for partial subscription months except where required by law or where Paddle's buyer policies mandate a remedy.
3. One-time credit add-ons
- Credit add-ons are delivered instantly as ledger balance after successful payment.
- If a payment succeeds but credits do not appear within 24 hours, email contact@adscrape.in with your account email and Paddle receipt ID — we will investigate and correct ledger errors attributable to us.
- Accidental duplicate purchases may qualify for a reversal or credit at our discretion if you contact us within 14 days and the credits have not been materially consumed.
4. Refund eligibility (summary)
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; access generally continues until the end of the paid period. Cash refunds for unused time are not guaranteed except where law or Paddle buyer protection requires them.
- Credit add-ons: digital goods delivered immediately — generally non-refundable once credits are credited, except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or other cases we approve in writing.
- Free tier: no payment — refund policy applies only to paid plans and add-ons.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer law in your country, contact us with your Paddle receipt and we will review the request in good faith.
5. Chargebacks & abuse
Friendly fraud and unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unused prepaid balance, in addition to any fees charged by the payment network or Paddle.
6. How to request help
Email contact@adscrape.in from the email on your AdScrape account. We aim to respond within five business days.
